We changed the mechanics so that only two cynos can be lit in a cyno jammed system, anyone trying to light a cyno after those first two will be unable to for one hour. We realize this probably won't go down to well with a lot of nullsec alliances, but they can all go f**k themselves. This is our game and we can do whatever we want.
